Clagett Periodontics is a periodontal practice located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Clagett Periodontics needed a new website that was custom crafted for them. They didn’t like the website that they had and they didn’t believe that it was helping them to get new patients.
They wanted a website that was professionally designed and told the story of who they are, with words and pictures. The website had to work well on mobile too.
Clagett Periodontics also needed some branding work done, including a new logo.
The Story created copy for the new website that aligned with many of the concepts from the StoryBrand framework. Clagett Periodontics had pictures taken of their staff and office. Keyword research was done and a keyword map was created outlining what keywords should be on which pages.
After creating a new logo for Clagett Periodontics, The Story provided multiple concepts for the home page design, incorporating the new brand, copy and images. Based on feedback, changes were made to the selected design and the remainder of the website was designed.
The website was then developed in WordPress and modifications to the responsive functionality was made to optimize the website for mobile.
Forms for new patients and referrals were developed in the website too. The forms are HIPAA compliant forms.
Clagett Periodontics website was designed and developed by our sister brand, Elevate99 for Dentists, that is focused exclusively on dentist websites.
The new website feels like the Clagett Periodontics website and the client is very pleased with the look. The forms are great for getting referrals and the new patient forms make intake of new patients easier – they can even fill them out before they come to the office.
The new copy on the website enables visitors to clearly understand the value of Clagett Periodontics and the copy also provides them the information that they need in their buying process of considering Clagett for their periodontal or dental implant needs.
The website is performing well, with a very low bounce rate (this means people stay on the website and don’t leave right away.)
